Johanna Rayman, GCFP, LCSW

This site describes my work in the Feldenkrais Method® and body-centered counseling.  Both approaches invite you to enter an introspective, mindful state, and learn more about yourself.  My goal is to provide a non-judgmental, safe space that challenges you to connect with yourself in a profound and holistic way – through your thoughts, emotions, and movement – and honor your authentic self in the process.

Feldenkrais and Counseling sessions can be offered separately, or they can be integrated.  It depends on your goals, and what you are most comfortable with.

Here are some examples of goals I have helped others achieve:
