This site describes my combined practice in the Feldenkrais Method® and body-centered counseling. These are different approaches that use mindfulness, curiosity, and creativity in a healing process. My goal is to provide a supportive, safe space that challenges you to connect with yourself in a profound and holistic way – through your thoughts, emotions, sensations, and movement – and honor your authentic self in the process.
Feldenkrais and Counseling sessions can be offered separately, or they can be integrated. It depends on your goals, and what you are most comfortable with.
