Slowing down to become more aware of your movement, thoughts, feelings and sensations can give your body/mind the needed space and time to find the way to healing.
I offer private sessions and group classes in the Feldenkrais Method® and individual psychotherapy, with the goal of helping you connect with yourself in a profound way, to help you respond to life the way you want to, connect to your own potential, and create joyful movement in all areas of your life.
