Awareness Through Movement® classes – for anyone who wants to get to know their body better

Emotions and the BodyAwareness Through Movement class with a focus on how our movement relates to our behaviors and emotional states.  Themes include Grounding, Feeling Supported, Orienting and Self-Defense, and Breathing to Calm the Mind.

Overcoming Your Pain – a treatment group for people with chronic pain that includes presentations about persistent pain and Awareness Through Movement lessons.
